[Koha-devel] Character normalization of Koha

Dear Friends,

I have doubt,

If we install Koha using Ubuntu packages from Koha repo, what is the
default character normalization?

chr or icu?

How can we check the charecter normalisation of a koha installation?

How can we change the charecter normalisation after installation?
