It's probably that you switched to ccsr theme for the opac without
updating the opaccolorstylesheet:
look at release notes, page 28: (bug 8597)
In order to activate the theme, change the opacthemes system preference
to 'ccsr' and make sure that your opaccolorstylesheet is set to
'colors.css.'
