Do you mean 3.6, or 3.0.6? What is the version reported by Koha when
you look at the "About" page in the staff client?

If you have an up-to-date installation the version should say
something like 3.06.09.

The latest version of 3.6.x is 3.6.9, released on 22 Sep. 2012. 3.0.6
was released in 2010, so you definitely don't want that version.
