[Koha-devel] Accounting System Rewrite

Hello all!

I've been given the green light to invest some time into a full rewrite of
Koha's accounts system. I've been wanting to do this for a while now and am
really looking forward to it!

Please let me know what you think, suggestions for improvements, and most
importantly, easy to overlook behaviors in the existing accounts system we
need to keep.
