[Koha-devel] Sip error in Community Koha on my local git copy

Has anyone seen this error?

syntax error at /home/koha/kohaclone/etc/SIPconfig.xml line 2, near "-->"
Unterminated <> operator at /home/koha/kohaclone/etc/SIPconfig.xml line 5.
