Since GBSD has officially begun (in some time zones), I'll make my usual plea:

If you have a patch which needs signoff, especially one which has been
languishing for a while, please stop in to #koha and let us know all
about it. It may be that we just need some encouragement or a better
description of the test plan. Be assertive!
