[Koha-devel] Customize Koha to a P2P library

Hi, just wondering how easy it is to customize Koha to function as a
peer-to-peer library i.e. a user is not only a borrower but also a
librarian who could maintain his or her own collection of books which are
made available to be loaned to other users.

Any advice or hints would be appreciated!
