[Koha-devel] changing a status to "need signed off'"

Hello
I made a followup for 
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8946, so I want 
to mark it "need signed-off" but I can't.
The bug was already pushed to master. Maybe should I have made a new bug 
for my followup ?
