[Koha-devel] changing a status to "need signed off'"

New bug made : http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9402

But how could I suppress the file I wrongly joined to BZ 8946 ? I don't 
know how to do that, except by sending a new file...
