Good first step!
Since you've already got this working in your local installation of
Koha, preparing your work for submission will mostly be a matter of
creating a Git clone of the Koha source repository, running through
the steps to add the IME in your clone, then creating a patch and
submitting it.
I recommend that you read through the following wiki page first, which
goes over the mechanics using Git and preparing a patch:
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Version_Control_Using_Git
Once you have the patch in your local repository, you should also read:
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Git_bz_configuration
As you work your way through this, I encourage you to post more
questions on koha-devel or ask them in #koha.
Regards,
Galen
