Problem has been solved but stay very mysterious.

Fridolyn ( one of your colleague Paul :-)) sais yesterday

I don't know how it can appear.
But try turning "QueryWeightFields" off. "

I've changed " OPACdefaultSortField " (by using "title" instead of "by 
relevance") and  "OPACdefaultSortOrder" (A to Z) and it works now.
