Hi Fridolyn
No it's not about icu
I use icu and that useful in the search for Arabic records but after that
we have results and we must can refine the results

But we can't do this
The Arabic characters is look like this strange character :

http://5.0.85.204:75/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=kw&q=ﻣﻜﺘﺐ&sort_by=relevance_dsc&limit=au:
�� ي � ي ﻟﻮ� � � � .

(so no results )

it must be like this :
http://5.0.85.204:75/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=kw&q=ﻣﻜﺘﺐ&sort_by=relevance_dsc&limit=au:اﻟﻮاد،
ﻳﺎرا
If I edit it manually I get the refined results
