I run Wheezy on both my home laptop and work machine, both run from
the koha package.

If I remember correctly I couldn't install it until I enabled both
stable and testing repos and set up pinning so that it would pull deps
from both (with varying priorities).

Looking at `apt-cache policy tinymce2` shows it came from the squeeze
repos.

This seems non-ideal for the end-user though, and I am not sure how this
works now that wheezy is stable.
