Note that if you have had the -rc packages installed, you will need to
force the install due to the version numbering not being quite what it
should have been. Do this with:

apt-get install koha-common=3.12.00-1

and you should see a message like:

The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
   koha-common

That is completely normal.
