I know a lot of folks have been switching to CCSR, but I wouldn't be
surprised if the number of customized prog templates wasn't higher
just because it was around longer.

Anyway, CCSR is a sub-theme of prog, so keeping one longer means
keeping both longer as far as I know.

I don't want to have to maintain them both any longer than necessary,
but I recognize that porting over customizations could be
time-consuming.
