[Koha-devel] String freeze for 3.14 starting at the end of the day tomorrow

Hi,

As scheduled, string freeze will commence tomorrow -- specifically, at
23:59 in my time zone (U.S. PDT).  Upon completing merging in the remaining
viable 3.14 candidates tomorrow, I will be cutting the first beta of 3.14
tomorrow.
