[Koha-devel] Bug 8367: Add more granular level for ReservesMaxPickUpDelay

Hello Ernesto,

The patch is created for the master branch. If the feature passes the
QA process before the 3.14 release, it will be included into it.
The code of the 3.6.x branch is too different and there is no way to apply it.
