documentation of that script is a little bit sparse, so I really don't know.
Another tool you could try is koha-auth from
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Koha-Contrib-Tamil/
(install using: cpan -i MARC::Moose Koha::Contrib::Tamil)
Write a configuration file auth.conf, for example for 650 <-> TOPIC_TERM
BEGIN
---
authcode: TOPIC_TERM
authtag: 150
authletters: a
bibliotags:
- 650
END
only the text between BEGIN..END
Then run
koha-auth link_biblio_to auth.conf
that will show you what can be done, or
koha-auth link_biblio_to --doit auth.conf
to do it.
But no tool is completely reliable.
