[Koha-devel] March towards 3.16.0 #1

Hello,

It would have been really great to have the "batch modification for
biblios" feature in 3.16 and, in particular, the bugfixes for the MARC
modifications templates since the current code can corrupt data.
I have already ping twice (on the mailing list and in the last newsletter),
so I guess there are not many people interested. Which is quite a pity
since the feature is "experimental".
