[Koha-devel] opac-user.tt

Dear Koha devs,

I'm working on Bug 7413 and one thing I want to do is modify opac-user.tt. I noticed that there are two versions of it:

koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/modules/opac-user.tt
koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/modules/opac-user.tt

The later doesn't seem to be used, at least by my install. Do I need to modify both, or just bootstrap? Is there a way to switch bootstrap off, so that I can test changes in the other one?
