I am working right now on bug 6536 (again).
If you have an xslt file for unimarc-marc21 conversion, you could use it in the additional xslt option. 
Will submit the xslt patch probably today..

Hi,

I wonder whether it is possible to filter unimarc records retrieved from a 
Z39.50 server, and convert them "on the fly" into marc21 (and vice versa).

Record_transform, a metaproxy module, claims to be able to perform such a 
conversion, but I couldn't figure out how to use it in conjuction with 
Koha.
