A look at the yaz source ( 5.11 in this case) suggests that its logging
because an EVENT_EXCEPTION was flagged. On place that could be set is if
an io channel is closed, which would seem to be logical if the session
closes, it does not seem to indicate an error in the absense of other
odd behaviour and I'm certainly seeing it logged in normal use
