[Koha-devel] String freeze for Koha 3.18.10

Hello fellow Kohackers,

The sun is shining, the sky is blue, it's a string freeze, that means
for you.

Bad rhymes aside, I won't be pushing any more string patches for 3.18.x
until after the release, and I'll let you know when I have updated .po
files from Bernardo. Then you can bring 3.18 properly up to date for
translations. :D
