[Koha-devel] Refactoring of tools/export.pl

Hi devs,

I have just submitted a patch on bug 14722 to refactor the script
tools/export.pl to make it more readable and robust.
I have also created a new script misc/export.pl for the command line usage.
If you are interested, just have a look and give me some feedbacks.
