[Koha-devel] Zebra hyphen truncating search

In actual Koha code, this rule in words-icu.xml provides an equivalence 
between numbers with hyphens and without (specially ISBN) :

<transliterate rule="[:Number:] { '-' > '' "/>

This means this behavior is not by default in ICU.
