[Koha-devel] IMPORTANT: Plack stress test server

Hey guys, I've just reset the DB from that Koha instance. I haven't been
peying attention and I'm not sure someone broke it, so lets start over. I
created the test_# users, (with # in 1..100), all superlibrarians.
