You can read the ES documentation for that

As above.

Basically I don't want people to spend time focusing on these things tomorrow.
We want to be sure that all the scaffolding code and the basic ES support does
not break current functionality.

Once it is in master there are already other bugs to enhance and extend it. But
it gets harder and harder to get in the more we try to add to it first.
