[Koha-devel] Serials - Next issue publication date management

Hi Francois,

could you please report a bug with a test plan and link it to bug 12671?
I am not sure about the first part as I have not been aware of that, but
if you can't edit the publicatoin date now and could before from the
subscription details, that sounds like a bug.
