[Koha-devel] Upgrade from Koha 3.8 to 16.05

Dears,

Can you please direct me to documentation related to upgrading Koha from
old version such as 3.8 to new version. What is the best way to do this? I
appreciate if you share your experiences so we do not damage our data.
