[Koha-devel] 16.05 upgrade errors

Thanks Jonathan,
              This is strange, the site was on 3.22.06 but only for a short while (maybe a week as it's a new install). There was no changes made to the 3.22 schema. The upgrade to 16.05 caused the splat. Is there any suggested route to take - as it stands I can't figure out a way to get up to 16.05.
