[Koha-devel] Upgrade from Koha 3.8 to 16.05

Is this installation for a computer that assume only Koha will be installed
on it

What if one have dedicated server from a provider with many other
applications on it, Do they still need install mySQL?

Is there any instruction to remove and clean Koha Installation and
reinstall the package again?
