I suggest that you just re-add it. It will get messy and untraceable
otherwise. We want to know, in a future, why you added that dependency, and
the best way to do it, is doing it in the relevant bug. Also, reasons (the
string that describes where is used) and minimum required version could
need to be adjusted too.

install_misc/*packages hasn't been maintained for a long time. And current
scripts (koha_perl_deps.pl) use PerlDependencies.pm
