[Koha-devel] INSTALL.debian is outdated

And, so, actually, I have to wonder if putting together a redhat style
installation is a long term good or not.

I recall that someone a million years ago made a windows installer for Koha
and released it into the wild and so now every few months someone finds it
and tries to use it and gets confused.

I don't predict being able to support a full on always current redhat
collection of packages -- so maybe the world is safer as things stand now?
