[Koha-devel] SPAM in bugzilla: what do we do ?

Greetings,

Define "SPAM" bug.
Someone not searching for duplicates? People advertising something 
completely not related to Koha?
The former means at least they are interacting with the community. The 
latter is a serious problem.
