Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask some specific attention for two bugs:

Bug 9988 Leave larger authority merges to merge_authorities cronjob (pref AuthorityMergeLimit)

Bug 18228 Make list permissions easier to use/understand

This patch moves the three separate Allow/Don't allow checkboxes for lists into one Combo: Nobody/Owner/Anyone who sees the list
No more distinction between add and delete, or delete own and delete other. A change is a change.
