Koha only supports MySQL or MariaDB. Postgresql is NOT supported. See 
https://koha-community.org/download-koha/ for the official Koha 
requirements (while I guess they are not even up-to-date - unfortunately 
Koha is not very outspoken about its actual requirements, the manual 
speaks rather vaguely about "recommendations" and "developer 
documentation").

 From time to time some people seem to make efforts to also support 
Postgresql, but nothing has ever come out of it, so far. See :
