[Koha-devel] Remove $5 rental charge from sample item type book

Hi all,

 

If someone wants an easy win, please take a look at signing off
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19377. 

 

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets annoyed when they do a checkout
during testing only to find that their book has incurred a $5 rental charge
against their test patron.
