Hi devs,
I have just pushed
Bug 20538 - Remove the need of writing [% KOHA_VERSION %] everywhere

You need to update your qa-test-tools repo (gitlab.com:
koha-community/qa-test-tools.git):

  commit baa71d3757ccaee183ff744ae752a689d7cf41ff
    Bug 20538: Pass interface and theme variables to template
    Koha::Template::Plugin::Asset needs them
