Find a record, change/add something like:
---- BEGIN SAMPLE ---
this
<hr>

is
<hr>

a
<hr>

test
---- END SAMPLE ---
To 500$a for that record and save it.

Now go view ‘Title notes’ in the OPAC for this record.
Ugly HTML mess.

Not sure how to fix. Any ideas?
