Good point, Julian. You are right.

Basically, we ship misc/plack/* which we keep in sync with
debian/templates/plack.psgi.

I would love to spend some time de-debianizing hte multi-tenant management
tools, but its been hard to find sponsorship or time for it. Most people
are comfortable with Debian it seems.
