[Koha-devel] Update your misc4dev repo

And do it one more time (like Nick would sing), I have just pushed another
commit. There was a bug for stable branches (password not set properly).

Also note that Koha is affected by bug 21087 (Patron's password is hashed
twice when the object is saved) since ModMember has been removed.
