Most of the ones that I found were via grepping, I'm going to be looking at
them in more detail shortly, so I'll have more context.

I'm guessing that most probably learn from the URL or the database
schema/reports library. It depends on level of expertise, I'm sure. I
suppose I could ask on the koha general mailing list...
