[Koha-devel] Koha, centOS, Apache, starman => random timeout !

That's not surprising, that's Apache calling/forwarding to starman 
(we're not using a socket, I don't remember why)

(and we've how updated the config to have 127.0.0.1:5000 instead of 
localhost
