hi Alvaro
if you are running an older version of debian/ubuntu, like bionic, xenial or jessie

try added the debian codename (ie: bionic) to your koha apt/sources file

$ sudo echo 'deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha stable main bionic' >  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list

$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt upgrade


you should have the following results - for koha stable on bionic...

$ apt-cache policy  koha-common libjson-validator-perl libmojolicious-plugin-openapi-perl libmojolicious-perl
