[Koha-devel] Maintenance Branches - String Freeze

Hello all!
String Freeze will go into effect on Friday, May 15, 2020 for the 19.11,
19.05, 18.11 branches.  Monthly releases for those branches will be out on
Friday, May 22, 2020.
