Yes, when updating from Koha 18.11.01 to 19.11.05 using "apt-get install 
koha-common" I just got the following lines at the end of the screen output:

the unix socket permissions set properly? Is the host reachable?
If you ignore this warning, you will face performance issues

Running kernel seems to be up-to-date.
No services need to be restarted.
No containers need to be restarted.
No user sessions are running outdated binaries.

Though, I don't know what it means or if I should do something about it.
