[Koha-devel] Anyone know why C4/Barcodes/ValueBuilder.pm has a Perl shebang?

Hi all,

 

Anyone know why C4/Barcodes/ValueBuilder.pm has a Perl shebang? Is that due
to some cataloguing plugin or something? Or is it just an error?
