[Koha-devel] Review on Koha Order Module/plugin API

First of all I'd like to say its great to see you are wanting to help
improve Koha.
I haven't had a chance to read the full proposal, but it's great to see
anyone wanting to contribute.

Ill try to have a proper read and leave some feedback.
