[Koha-devel] require_strong_password "too late" in updatedatabase.pl

Hello devs!

Our "master" instances are exploding.

Line 22722 of updatedatabase.pl says

ALTER TABLE `categories` ADD COLUMN `exclude_from_local_holds_priority` 
tinyint(1) default NULL AFTER `require_strong_password`

While "require_strong_password" is added later on (line 22786).

So we get

|Software error||DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): Unknown 
column 'me.*exclude_from_local_holds_priority*' in 'field list' at |
