[Koha-devel] Koha OPAC page messed up after upgrade from 18.04 to 21.05

On my new Koha 21.05 the OPAC (opacheader_en) in preview looks correct.
But then on the OPAC site it looks like jQuery or css are missing.

Why would that be? Why does the page not show the same thing as the preview?
